Pedego Europe – Customer Support & Spare Parts

Talio Limited has represented and supported Pedego in Europe since 2012 and has built a long-standing relationship with Pedego owners across the UK and Europe.

While the Pedego Europe website is no longer operating as a sales or distribution website, Talio remains available to assist existing Pedego customers with after-sales support, spare parts and service enquiries, subject to availability.

We continue to hold a substantial stock of genuine Pedego bicycles, batteries, spare parts and components, which we acquired during our long-standing representation of the Pedego brand in Europe.

Please provide your Pedego bicycle model, approximate year of purchase and, where possible, the frame/serial number together with a description of the assistance you require.

Talio’s continued support of existing Pedego owners is independent of any current Pedego distribution arrangements and reflects our long-standing commitment to customers who purchased Pedego bicycles through our European network.

For new Pedego products, current distribution arrangements and matters relating directly to New Pedego Holdings, customers should refer to the current official Pedego channels.
